For suitable projects, a site visit lets us understand the space, access, scope and practical details before preparing a quotation.
Timelines depend on scope, condition of the property and materials. We discuss expected duration before work begins and confirm the working schedule with you.
The intent is a coordinated renovation rather than leaving the client to manage every trade separately. Exact inclusions are stated clearly in each quotation.
After a quotation is accepted, pay the agreed amount through Stripe Checkout — card (straight away) or Bacs Direct Debit from a UK bank account (typically 3–6 working days). Card details are never entered on this site.
TN serves selected parts of London and the surrounding area. Send your postcode with the enquiry and we'll confirm whether the project is within the current service area.
